During the first months of your traineeship you will be invited to join us at our head office in Lünen (in the German state of North Rhine Westphalia) to take part in one of our introductory weeks. This week includes trips to a number of plants and facilities as well as some initial seminars on waste management legislation and business etiquette – and it is, of course, a great opportunity to meet trainees from our other programmes. What's more, we organise bespoke seminars that have been put together exclusively for the trainees in our group. These are held at various times throughout a traineeship and ensure our trainees develop and enhance their personal skills.
This 18-month traineeship takes you to a variety of locations within the region/regional company enabling you to get to know the whole of the supply chain. No matter whether it involves one of the company's latest projects or one of the diverse tasks needed for its core business, you will always be given the opportunity to make the very most of your know-how and skills.
This 18-month traineeship offers you an in-depth insight into the specialist areas of controlling and accounts as well as mergers & acquisitions. At the end of your traineeship, you will be able to take over a responsible position in one of the commercial departments at our head office or in one of our regional or specialist companies.

This 18-month traineeship offers you an in-depth insight into operational material flow management as well as into the ins and outs of purchasing scrap metals.
